Details:

CMake can't find Fribidi, although it is installed (libfribidi-dev 0.19.2). I
think that it's because FRIBIDI_CHAR_SET_UTF8 is an enum value, and
CHECK_SYMBOL_EXISTS doesn't recognize enum values (see bug #11685 in CMake
<http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=11685>).
